I’m a believer in having the same lunch every work day (and no breakfast), then listening to your body and refine it over time. Improving macros, micros, price. Does it keep you full, but no food coma? Does it give you focus? Cheap? Fast to do? This sallad has been working great for me (also always have an apple right after resistance training, then lunch):
- 3 boiled eggs
- 100g low fat cottage cheese
- 1 tomato
- 100g cucumber
- 20g raw onion
- 10g virgin olive oil
- 5g balsam vinegar
- 10g caviar/fish eggs
- 5g pumpkin seeds
- 1 brazil nut
- 5g walnuts
- 1g nutritional yeast
- salt, black pepper & cayenne

yeah its just me and lucasmerlin from egui who has tackled this problem. I have successfully*ish* hooked up text input from GameActivity (android-activity) to winit to egui.
Once i fix these remaining issues i can start to try to upstream this stuff. Once i do egui will start to be a more serious option for mobile cross platform dev.
This is pretty huge because there are not many immediate mode non-web rust app dev frameworks that are truly cross platform.
Having it in winit will mean any app framework that uses winit to manage its windowing will have input from android and ios as well. This is surprisingly still not supported.

I’d definitely recommend to open at least one more channel for redundancy. GL learning lightning is a process and takes some time to understand. Lots of noderunners out there happy to offer advice and answer questions if you get stuck!

The two only features missing are:
- sharing relay sets among contacts
- outbox model for the following feed (arguably there should not be a following feed at all, but if you have one it must support outbox otherwise it's an attack on Nostr)
nostr:npub1vxd0dfst8ljvwva2egrpc53ve8ru78v8aaxfpravchkexmfmmu3sqnrs50 disagrees though, he thinks Jumble needs all the features in the world.
