I trust the ethereum consensus mechanism more than I trust the liquid federation. the companies that run liquid can steal all the bitcoin and nothing in the protocol actually prevents them from doing that.
a person who holds ETH on L1 or Arbitrum or Base actually holds ETH. the optimistic rollups can't actually steal the ETH because there's unilateral exit.
A person who holds "liquid bitcoin" is holding an IOU with no unilateral exit. if all your money is in the liquid sidechain, congratulations, you don't own any bitcoin. you will own nothing and eat the bugs.
it would be nice if bitcoin had rollups. ark has been described as a "pseudo-rollup." ark will work much better if it has covenants. there are different flavors of ark, and the ones that don't use OP_CTV have user experience problems that will harm their adoption. it would be really stupid if the user experience of ark was worse than the user experience of Arbitrum

This is so stupid but that's what normies do. They don't pay attention to stuff they need. It's actually good for Bitcoin that normies don't and won't have as much of a say in the network, it keeps the network consensus from being manipulated by demagogues and psyops.
We gotta accumulate as much as we can and simply try to provide for our communities and friends, create services that serve as alternatives to government bullshit. Some people are not interested in getting rich or doing what's best for themselves. They just don't care. They're not ready to be responsible to that level yet. It seems like a basic level of responsibility, and it is, and I'm telling you, the ones who aren't interested, just try to help them in ways they'll be more receptive to and let yourself get richer. Find goods and services and narratives they'll be interested in that will help them to wake up a little, but don't trust them to be managing their own UTXOs or to respect large amounts of bitcoin as the long term savings vehicles they are. If they don't opt in when you've given then the chance, meet them where they are. Normies gonna normie.

First, on decentralization:
Bluesky, Farcaster, and Lens are not effectively decentralized because they are not permissionless. I know they all state intentions to decentralize over time, but in practice, the complexity of their infrastructures makes true permissionlessness extremely unlikely.
In all blockchain projects you’ve observed, have you ever actually seen a system start centralized and then successfully become decentralized? The closest thing might be Ethereum, and we both know how that turned out — not exactly a model of neutrality or openness.
Nostr, for all its messiness, got this part right from the start.
Onboarding challenges:
I agree this is still a major hurdle. Curious: which onboarding flows have you tried yourself recently? Have you seen nstart.me? I’d love to hear your thoughts — there’s real progress happening here, even if it’s not obvious yet.
Key management:
I don’t think the average user needs to deeply understand public/private key cryptography. It can be abstracted with good UX and better metaphors — something like “your magic signature in the cosmos of events.” We’ll get there. It just hasn’t been fully nailed yet.
Relay UX:
Completely agree it’s still rough.
That said, I actually think over-abstracting relays is dangerous. Early 20th-century users learned how to tune AM/FM radios — regular people can understand a decentralized network if the UX respects their intelligence and curiosity. We need better design, not invisible architecture.
Zap economy concerns:
Totally aligned with you here — it’s actually how you and I started interacting.
But I’d argue that even with more liquidity, reputation will always require authentic effort. In a value-for-value system, you have to earn trust through thoughtful creation and consistent interaction. There’s no shortcut.
Why should I trust a brand-new account in a permissionless system? I shouldn’t — and that’s healthy skepticism, not gatekeeping.
Client diversity:
This is one of Nostr’s greatest strengths — real resilience through many independent clients.
However, you nailed an important weakness: development entropy.
Without something like a “W3C for Nostr,” NIP consistency is a mess right now. The NIP guardians badly need better organization and a public, accountable process. (I’m planning to write more in-depth on this soon.)
Lightning issues:
I’m less qualified to speak deeply here, but I’m optimistic. NWC and eCash are gaining momentum, and I suspect Lightning UX will improve faster than people expect.

O criminoso deve ir a julgamento e devolver o dinheiro, caso o dinheiro já tenha sido gasto, deverá tirar do próprio bolso e se não tem condições de pagar, a resolução dependerá de como o tribunal privado funciona, seus regulamentos, sistema judiciário, etc.
Eu vejo a servidão como uma pena adequada, desde que não fosse vitalícia, fosse encerrada ao a dívida ser quitada e se houvesse limites no que se pode fazer ao servo, mas tudo isso também dependeria de como funcionaria o tribunal privado.
Uma solicitação deve ser feita ao vendedor para a devolução do valor, mas como é impossível saber se havia conhecimento da parte dele sobre a origem do dinheiro roubado a não ser que confesse, em caso de recusa de devolução creio que deveria ser feita uma abordagem mais branda, como negociações, pois coagí-lo a devolver é ignorar que o bem ou serviço já foi dado ao criminoso e isso também precisaria ser compensado. Em caso das negociações falharem, a pena dele deveria recair sobre o criminoso. Caso consiga de alguma forma extrair uma confissão do vendedor e ainda haja recusa em devolução, a pena do criminoso deve retornar a anterior e a diferença deve recair sobre o receptor.
