🍖 BACON FAT AIOLI (The Dip of the Gods)
📜 Ingredients:
* 1 egg yolk (pasture-raised, so fresh it’s still warm)
* 1 tbsp lemon juice (or fermented apple cider vinegar for gut power)
* 1 garlic clove (smashed to paste with Himalayan salt)
* 1 tsp Dijon mustard (or homemade fermented mustard if you’re extra)
* 100ml bacon fat (rendered, warm but not hot)
* 30ml tallow or olive oil (to balance flavor)
* Salt + smoked paprika (to taste)
⚔️ Method:
1. Emulsify the Base:
* Whisk yolk, lemon juice, garlic, mustard in a copper bowl (or glass).
* Drizzle in tallow/olive oil first (slowly!) until thick.
2. Bacon Fat Blitz:
* Once base is stable, drizzle in warm bacon fat while whisking like a Viking churning butter.
* If it breaks, add 1 tsp hot water and whisk like your life depends on it.
3. Season to War:
* Salt + smoked paprika to taste.
* Optional: Fold in crumbled bacon bits for textural heresy.

* Fry Dip: For duck fat fries (obviously).
* Burger Lube: On leaf lard buns.

Many children develop a variant of Stockholm Syndrome growing up due to their dependency upon their parents. The parents, wishing to prepare their kids to deal with the unknowns of life, transfer their beliefs and worldview to the kids. Some of the kids may notice that elements of that worldview are inconsistent or contradictory or thoroughly nonsensical. Very few kids will choose to poke the hornets nest, biting the hand that feeds them, by resisting the worldview they're being told to adopt. If the threat of being removed from the home is not overt, it is often covert and unsaid but present nonetheless.
Lack of authentic communication often derives from illogic. Government schools do not teach you how to think. They teach you what to think. Government schools not only do not teach logical fallacies, they brainwash children into puppets whose epistemological standards are so low that they simply appeal to authority or appeal to the bandwagon. Why would government schools teach kids the very mind tricks that politicians use to manufacture consent?
Then there is the deeply seated survival mechanism in play. Most people are not "alpha level competent". The relatively small percentage of people who are alpha level competent fall into 2 categories:
1. those who are interested in and willing to play society's hierarchy games
2. those who are not interested and not willing to play society's hierarchy games
Type 1 is alphas. Type 2 is sigmas. Sigmas are the most rare.
To survive solo REQUIRES alpha level competence. When someone speaks with an authentic voice, they risk being ostracized by their in-group. For non-sigmas, this causes too much anxiety, so they choose to self-mute instead. Speaking authentically for many people triggers fight/flight responses. They operate from fear.

Mind hashrate should be used to find solutions, not arguing the same words in a never-ending circle.
There is spam, it is a fact.
Some think we can't and don't have to do anything about it. Fees are enough (and we see how it is ever true nowadays...)
Some think node should filter a better way to avoid the most spam inside blockchain.
If you really think there is nothing to do, then just shut up and let it go whatever technical background you have (if you think there is really nothing to do, then there is nothing to talk about).
For the other knot is a step to act, even if it is not perfect, it is a step.
Yes it could be some security concern. Of course it is not perfect, but it is another vision that are shared by some node owners to - try - to not let spam a greater space to live.
Yes, it could be a future problem for the blockchain integrity if miner don't have their block validate (depending on the node who validate it).
But if you want to find a consensus in this debate, just act, take in consideration what other have to say, and if you really still think nothing have to be done, good it is your right, but avoiding others to try to do something is just the way fiat system act.
I am not saying all devs are demons. They did a good job until now. But devs are only devs as they said themself and are technical superior to any other people.
This is not completely a technical problem here, it is a vision of what the future blockchain will host. And this is not only a dev technical problem.
You are welcome to try to make things better too, if you want of course. If you don't want it is ok too, but you will know others will try to do the job you don't do, to fit the node owners needs to check the blockchain validity and integrity the way they want.
Each side think the other is dishonest on something, it is time to grow.
Both side want the blockchain to be used in future and for a long time (whatever is put inside it).
Then just work on this instead of insulting each others like child or thinking it is just only a private technical debate.
Node owners, Miners, and Bitcoiners are watching you all, and they will remember the choices you have made now for the actual spam problem and the blockchain life.
